We have a highly experienced team that covers a wide range of skills including organisational psychological services and Strategic level services.

Dr Allen Nash	Dr Nash provides consulting services in strategic planning, organisational structure and governance.  He also is an executive coach to several CEOs and senior managers. Recent consultancies have included a training needs surveyand analysis for a NGO with over 1,000 staff, a strategic review of a professional peak organisation that included a member survey, focus groups with members, and facilitating a strategic planning day for the Board.   He has previously held several positions at Newcastle University: Lecturer in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship; managing the offshore programs; and managing offshore student recruiting at the Graduate School of Business.  He was also a Research Fellow of the Asia Research Centre at Murdoch University. His primary research interest was corporate governance and strategic analysis particularly in non-profit organisations.   Dr Nash has also held several board positions including on a $6 billion superannuation fund and also a successful High-Tech venture capital firm (>$200 million invested) with operations in Sydney and Silicon Valley in the USA.  He is well known for his extensive industry-level research in Asia and the EEC (Indonesia, Vietnam,South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Japan, UK and Italy).    Dr Nash has also previously had more than ten years experience as a Senior Consultant and as Corporate Services manager in a widerange of industries including government, non-profit, retail, manufacturing, electronics and mining.  He has also accepted invitations to advise Australian Business Council and the Western Australian Primary Industries Minister on strategies for industry development and overseas investment opportunities.    Professional Association Memberships Included: Member The Hakomi Psychotherapy Instute Australia Member Australian Institute of Company Directors Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute Member Academy of Management (USA) Member Strategic Planning Society (UK) Member Australian Institute of Management Member Australian & New Zealand Academy of Management Member Academy of International Business Member International Society for the Systems Sciences Member Australian Computer Society Member National Institute of Accountants   Qualifications: PhD M.B.A. B.A. (Human Communication) Graduate of the Hakomi (Mindfullness-Based) Psychotherapy Training Clinical training in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy Accounting Diploma
Dr Martine Prunty	Martine holds a Bachelor of Economics, Doctor of Clinical Psychology,and a PhD from Sydney Univesity.
Lee Taylor	Lee holds an Honours degree in Psychology from MacquarieUniversity and is currently completing the Doctor of Psychology(Clinical) degree at Macquarie University.
Kieren White	As Asia Pacific Finance Director, Kieran led Sun Microsystems through significant organisational change, enabling both Sun and its culturally diverse employees to embrace a significant, strategic change in direction. Kieran is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant (C.I.M.A), graduating from the Athlone Institute of Technology in Ireland. He is also a qualified Psychotherapist, graduating from the Jansen Newman Institute, in Sydney, where he has served as a faculty member since 2005, lecturing in Group Development.
