Consulting & Executive Coaching

Services are provided in a wide range of management support primarily for not-for-profit and government organisations.  Some examples of specific services are:

• Assistance in developing strategic planning methods, facilitating strategic planning workshops, writing strategic plans.
• Working with not-for-profit boards and government management teams to assist in defining the role of the board/team and how it can best fulfil its statutory responsibilities.  Assisting in ensuring meetings are effective can also be provided.
• Management audit/review of structure and overall effectiveness of the organisation.
• Advice on organisational structure, restructuring and other organisational change.
• Review and support for general and financial systems development.
• Coaching for managers and senior staff is provided on a confidential basis.  Coaching is about assisting people in closing the gap between where they are & where they want to be. It’s also involves working with someone who is stuck on an issue at work or wants to achieve more in their work. People are assisted to discover what is important to them, what is missing from their life or their work & what outcomes they are looking for.  
• The coach will then ask questions,listen, reflect back what they hear, & challenge their client’s thinking in such a way that the client can think about new ways tocreate the transformation they are seeking. We use a client-centred approach that means the focus is on working to assist people in discovering their own best solutions.
